No particular order… these are the top 10 albums that have meant the most to me over my 25 years on this planet.
The Clash – Combat Rock

The first old school punk album I ever owned. Love it. Its the goddamn Clash.
The Lawrence Arms – The Greatest Story Ever Told

Album hasn’t been more than a pocket’s distance from my ears in the past 4 years.
Taking Back Sunday – Tell All Your Friends

TBS totally sucks now but this album really was great back in high school…
Rise Against – Revolutions Per Minute

Also kinda suck now but their sophomore album is still one that made me understand a few things.
Hey Mercedes – Loses Control

No longer a band but if you can’t dig on this album, get your ears checked
Audio Karate – Lady Melody

Saw them live accidentally at a Warped Tour and loved their sound. Then loved this album.
Green Day – Dookie

Its Dookie.. anyone born in the 80′s hit this album. This was the FIRST compact disc I ever had touched. Kinda creepy in a way…
Derek and the Dominos – Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs

Clapton rocking out in a completely group effort. Kind of a different side of Clapton’s skill on this album.
Pennywise – Straight Ahead

The album that got me into the punk scene. More of a thrash punk sound but Pennywise will always be up there.
Peter Gabriel – Us

Anyone who knows me knew this was coming. I suppose I could have put “Hit” as my favorite Gabriel album due to it having every song but Us is my favorite standalone, non-compilation album.
